According to Jerusalem Post and many other newspapers and magazines, there is a new epidemic of interracial or interethnic dating among young Jewish women and Arab men. These Jewish teenagers find the young Arab men appealing and wild. Just like any youth from any other countries and times, they want to defy local authorities. They want to do what they feel like doing despite all the indoctrination and education. Many are saying that the new emigrees to Israel are falling victims of these types of exploitative relationships. Those who are called "Russian Women" came from the former Soviet countries. They are of Jewish origins. They may not have been educated like the others in the do's and dont's of dating local boys out of the limits of their settlement.

Israeli authorities and Zionist men and women are not in agreement with this type of liaison between Arab and Jewish couples. So new groups of Vigilantes are being born all over the country. They are reporting on these types of relationships. The vigilantes are cruising all over Lover's lanes to try to discourage Jewish girls from being romanced by Arab men. The Jewish teenagers are approached by Arab men all the time. Mixed dating is a growing epidemic in the settlements built around or near camps.

In the very rare cases where Jewish and Arab couples manage to be in a relationship, they have to travel to a foreign country if they need to get married. Upon their return, their marriage can be recognized. "“Separation between Jews and Arabs is so ingrained in Israeli society, it is surprising that anyone manages to escape these central controls," said a Haifa University Sociology professor.

The G-spot responds to pressure rather than to touch. Gently stroking is not likely to get any results. It's more like massaging a pea under a mattress - one has to compress the flesh to find it.

Insert fingers and bend them gently up, around and behind the pubic bone. Beyond the rather rough-surfaced tissue immediately behind her pubic bone, your fingertips will encounter a very soft, smooth area. The myths that female ejaculation is the result of poor bladder control, or excess secretion which sweats from the vaginal walls and pools in the back of the vagina to squirt out during the strong muscle contractions of orgasm, have been proven wrong. For decades many women felt it dreadfully abnormal and tried to hide or avoid it. Physicians in their ignorance tried to cure it. By questioning many women, researchers have established that about one woman in five ejaculates (through her urethra rather than her vagina), some of the time but not always. The stimulation of the G-spot produces both her ejaculation and her deep uterine contractions.

Besides the famous study of Whipple and Perry of Dr. Ernest Grafenberg's 1950 article about the spot, in Nova Scotia researcher Ed Belzer explored the chemical composition of female ejaculate. In Florida Helen Robinson and Sharon Pietranton worked with groups of ejaculating women. At first American gynecologists, routinely trained not to sexually stimulate their patients, were astonished that Dr. Grafenberg was on such sensual terms with his. Generations of gynecologists have tied to cope with "hypersecretors" blaming it on poor bladder control.

"Women's response to direct stimulation of the G-spot is identical to the response of males when their prostate is stimulated," Perry and Whipple observed. The first few seconds of stimulation produces a strong feeling that they have to urinate. This feeling lasts for two to ten seconds, maybe longer, before changing to a distinctly sexual enjoyment. Whipple felt that most women when faced with this sensation hold back their sexual response to keep from wetting on their partners. Perry theorized that this may explain why up to 25% of American females never have orgasms - they've learned early that to avoid the embarrassment of urinating during sex, they have to hold back.

Women with well-toned PC muscles are more likely to ejaculate and generally have better orgasms. Many women ejaculate easier after they’ve “primed the pump” with a few orgasms, others come on their first one. The common theme seems to be extreme arousal and direct G-spot and clitoral stimulation for an extended time.

It is common for writers of porn films and erotic books to make it appear that male ejaculations "shoot" or "spurt". But Kinsey's observations of hundreds of male ejaculators showed that in about 75% of men the semen merely exudes from the meatus or is propelled with so little force that the liquid is not carried more than a very small distance beyond the tip of the penis. In short, most males ooze rather than shoot. Their semen doesn't spurt, it dribbles out.

Similarly, if a woman expels fluid other than urine from her urethra, she shouldn't have to make it squirt for it to qualify as ejaculation. The fact that many women don't notice it since its not a powerful squirt contributes to the underreporting of female ejaculation. Other women, including one of my (Dave's) partners, very strongly squirt large amounts of fluid while having powerful G-spot orgasms.

Helen Robinson reported that one of her research subjects was highly orgasmic and continued to ejaculate copiously with each orgasm and would ejaculate a quart of fluid in one session. A teaspoon of fluid is the more common amount, but a cupful is not uncommon.

At Dalhousie University professor Ed Belzer found varying concentrations of acid phosphatase in the women's ejaculate. This chemical had previously been thought to be produced only by males, and in some courtrooms was accepted as evidence to support a rape charge. Belzer's discovery proved that it wasn't urine and also pointed out the existence of a genuine female prostate-like gland.

Not only are the fluids they produce chemically similar, the female prostate acts like the male prostate: when rhythmically prodded, it swells up and then discharges fluid through the urethra. To reach a male's prostate gland, you have to reach in through his anus. In the female, you reach in - at virtually the same angle - through her vagina.

There has been debate whether the ejaculation originate from the bladder or from the urethral glands and ducts. Both may be the case in that a small amount of fluid may be released from the urethral glands and ducts in some instances and mixed in the urethra with a clear fluid that originates in the bladder.

Tests have been done where the bladder is drained of urine before the sexual stimualation and resulting ejaculation. Even though their bladders had been drained, they still expelled from 50 ml to 900 ml of fluid through the tube and into the catheter bag. The only reasonable conclusion would be that the fluid came from a combination of residual moisture in the walls of the bladder and from post draining kidney output.

Regardless, a number of tests have chemical analysis have been done on the fluid. Exactly what it is, isn't known but there is a consistency of results that show a greatly reduced concentration of the two primary components of urine, urea and creatinine, in the expelled fluid.

As Unv of So Calf tests showed the results were clearly "out of the range" to be defined as urine.

But women's sexuality still remains a mystery (as women do in other ways ... as the exact source and exactly what the fluid is remains natures secret.

To say that it is written by a liberated Muslim woman does not diminish anything from its impact on women in the Middle East and the US. The premises are that Ms. Lootah wants to help muslim women get comfortable talking about and enjoying sex. Well, she is on a mission to change things for women in her country and elsewhere. She is not shy to talk or write about finding and experiencing orgasm. This book has been rocking the Muslim world these days. And she did all of that with specific quotes from the Koran! Now, do you think that most Muslim men would appreciate and encourage her work?

No. Not all of them want to hear about that. Some of them even go as far as threatening to kill her. Many of these guys may be hypocrite. In the book, the author warns against or confronts homosexuality because many men use other men for their sexual experience and expect to continue to receive the same acts from their spouse when they get married. No wonder Ms. Lootah has to counsel them when they are faced with divorce. According to Dubai's laws, couples contemplating divorce must first get some counseling to solve their marital issues. Ms. Lootah did not write the book for herself. "In Saudi Arabia and other countries where the genders are rigorously separated, many men have their first sexual experiences with other men, which affects their attitudes toward sex in marriage, Ms. Lootah said.

“Many men who had anal sex with men before marriage want the same thing with their wives, because they don’t know anything else,” Ms. Lootah said. “This is one reason we need sex education in our schools.”

She wrote for women who are not even sure whether they could kiss their partner all over their body. Now they have a book they can turn to. She gave the example of an older woman whose world was rocked when she discovered orgasm. She spent all of these years to procreate. She is now a grandmother who had never experienced sexual satisfaction with her husband. Ms. Lootah gave many other examples in the book.

Ms. Lootah is not some type of sexual activist. She is a marital counselor in Dubai's main courthouse. In her job, she has seen many couples battling intimacy issues. She realized that a lot of them are not educated in the matters of sex ed. Muslims should not limit their sexual pleasures. For that, she is a new evangelist in the Arab world. It is nothing new for many Muslim men who get this type of sexual favors from foreign women brought to the country because of the growing economy and oil revenues. In the age of the Internet, SMS, text message, twitter and other tech gadgets, it will be hard to keep these repressed Muslim women with a veil over their brain. Ms. Lootah wants to change the statut quo. She wants Muslim women to know about their G spot and make specific requests from their partners who may be surprised by such requests. It may be too much work for some of them.

The suffering of infertility can be intense for couples, but looking at the condition with the eyes of faith can turn the experience into a "spiritual journey," says professor Marie Meaney.

"Only God can prevent extreme suffering from turning into anger, resentment and bitterness," says Meaney, an Arthur J. Ennis Teaching Fellow at the University of Villanova in Philadelphia.
Meaney, who has been active in the pro-life movement for many years, is also the author of "Embracing the Cross of Infertility," a talk offered online and on CD through the Human Life International Web site.

In this interview, Meaney comments on the challenges facing couples struggling with infertility, and the possible spiritual consolations and rewards of embracing the condition with faith.

Q: You say accepting your infertility is much like accepting the death of a child, and that it is particularly difficult for the woman. What is at the core of this suffering?

Meaney: For those who are not suffering from infertility it may be difficult to imagine how painful it is. Before it happened to me, I had no idea how awful it was. Most couples probably go into marriage thinking that children are a given, that they will simply come along; when they don't, this opens up in a new way how central the gift of life is to marriage and in particular to the woman.

Obviously, the marriage is no less valid if the couple is infertile; but when no child is conceived, the spouses are denied the visible fruit of their love. The spouses desire to see their love embodied in the gift of life; they want to start the adventure of raising children together, seeing in them parts of themselves, and yet also completely unique persons with their own vocations and personalities.

Infertility affects both men and women, but the woman's suffering tends to be particularly pronounced. Already Rachel cried to her husband Jacob in the book of Genesis: "Give me children, or I shall die!" -- Genesis 30:1, Catechism of the Catholic Church, 2374.

The woman is the one to experience pregnancy, feeling the child grow in her womb, as Pope John Paul II said so beautifully in "Mulieris Dignitatem," and thus she will also feel more deeply the lack thereof. Since her vocation is motherhood of some kind, she suffers particularly from its absence.

Infertility is terrible for her even if she already has children, but is unable to have more. Except if she knows that the sterility is final, she will go through hope and disappointment every month; and this disappointment comes at a time when it is emotionally and hormonally the most difficult.

Some women feel that their life is on-hold during this time: They are simply waiting for children and in the mean time not much else makes sense. No profession, no successful career can fill the emptiness caused by infertility.

Q: What tips would you give to parents, friends and pastors of an infertile couple? What should they say and not say?

Meaney: As with all suffering, at the core of the response should be the willingness to suffer with the couple, to stand under the cross with them, to be there for them. After all, compassion comes from the Latin word "com-pati," "suffering with." Anything that falls short of that is less than helpful.

Let me give some examples: The spouses may go through a long period of anguish about their childlessness, which to others may seem excessively long. The worst kind of comment is to mention other people whose suffering was supposedly worse, yet who got over it more quickly and grew from it; the implication is that the couple is not meeting that standard and is at fault.

Or, previously infertile people tell the couple that once they had "let go" and had stopped being stressed about their infertility, then they had suddenly conceived. The implication to the infertile spouses is, however, that they are not abandoned to God's will, otherwise they too would be able to conceive; it is therefore their fault in some sense that they are not conceiving.

This is what Job's friends did: They held Job responsible for his suffering. At times we all become like Job's friends: We tend to make those suffering responsible for their pain when it has lasted for a long time; for otherwise we would have to stand under the cross with them.

Seeing other children, being present at baptisms or baby showers can bring out suffering in the infertile couple in a new way. Sometimes people accuse the spouses of being envious while in reality their suffering is simply surfacing in those circumstances.

Generally I'd say, don't be the one to broach the subject. Perhaps the spouses don't want to talk about it or perhaps they are not in pain about it just now. Show an openness to listen compassionately and this will be a deed of mercy.

Q: Is there a point at which a couple should stop trying to conceive? Is adoption for every infertile couple?

Meaney: Every couple must discern for itself how pro-active it wants to be about trying to overcome its infertility. Some simply don't have the financial means to explore new -- albeit ethically licit -- options. Others can't face the emotional strain of continuing to attempt new procedures, the hope and disappointment that comes with it each time. Some need closure and decide to move on, though they would be delighted by the surprise of an unexpected pregnancy.

Personally, I think it is a good idea to think out of the box, try alternative medical options and never to give up. You just never know what might work for you. In any case, it is important to find out the reasons for the infertility in order to find solutions; sometimes the pain is so great that it is hard to face medical tests, and this is where husband and wife should encourage each other.

Adoption, I believe, is a vocation and not every couple feels called to it. Some infertile spouses think they can be fruitful in other ways, and serve the Church in a manner that couples with children can't.

Q: What is the role of a childless couple in promoting a culture of life?

Meaney: On the one hand, the childless couple is in the unfortunate situation that to outsiders it seems to have embraced the contraceptive mentality and the culture of death.

On the other hand, the couple can be a great witness to the world, if it speaks out when appropriate. The spouses can talk about the pain of infertility, about the great gift that children are; if their infertility is due to previous abortions or contraception, this might make others think twice. Or by speaking out against in vitro fertilization (IVF), which might be their only option to have a child, they are a witness to the fact that children are a gift and that no one has a right to them.

Finally, by embracing this cross, the spouses will de facto be promoting the culture of life; by uniting themselves to Christ they are "serving, like Christ, the salvation of [their][…] brothers and sisters," as John Paul II states in "Salvifici Doloris" (No. 27). Only in the next life will they know the extent of their spiritual fruitfulness.

Q: Your essay underlines the spiritual elements of infertility, discussed in terms of a cross to bear. What suggestions would you make as to deal with infertility in a spiritually fruitful way?

Meaney: Looking at infertility through the eyes of faith prevents it from being merely a human disaster and turns it into a spiritual journey. Only God can prevent extreme suffering from turning into anger, resentment and bitterness. However, God does not perform magic; he does not simply take the pain away, nor does he give us the answer to our anguished question, "Why is this happening to me?"

But if we embrace this cross, then ultimately we will find inner peace. A temptation is to meet the challenge stoically, thinking one can "deal with it" without realizing that one is avoiding the cross, and thus denying oneself the necessary mourning period.

Often we think that if we are suffering much, we must be doing something wrong. We have the false conception that being abandoned to God's will means that we will sail through all difficulties and master them in Herculean fashion. But being nailed to the cross means experiencing great anguish, as Christ did; but it will ultimately become our path to salvation if we accept it.

"Do not be afraid," John Paul II exclaimed at the beginning of his pontificate. We are afraid of crosses, of the deaths we experience through them. But God will bless us a hundredfold through them and we will bear fruit for the Church and the world in ways we probably don't even know. In eternity this wound will be part of our glory, shining forth, reflecting God in a particular way. Though we may never have biological children, we will have spiritual children many of whom we will only get to know in heaven.
